As part of the SCIO Automation Group, VESCON GmbH takes on central responsibilities for all other SCIO company brands. It is now time to make this central role visible through a name change, reinforcing our position within the group.
Therefore, we are renaming VESCON GmbH to SCIO Automation GmbH. SCIO Automation GmbH will continue to be your point of contact for all central matters related to Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and IT. In addition, we offer outstanding software developments and cross-industry solutions through our product brands Biquanda, SO3, and MDM. Together, we support other SCIO Automation companies and help automate production and logistics processes from end-to-end.
This change of name and branding has no effect on our collaboration or the implementation of your projects.
All employees and contact people will continue to be available to you, and all existing contracts remain valid.
We kindly ask you to update your records and use the new company name in your business correspondence from now on.

The former SCIO Automation GmbH, with the commercial register number 66322, was merged with SCIO Automation Holding GmbH as of June 30, 2024 (officially registered on July 30, 2024). Therefore, there is no longer a company under the commercial registration number 66322.
